Our process with Integrated Management System (IMS)
The required processes along with the supporting processes have been identified, logically sequenced, and mapped to effectively implement, maintain, and continually improve the IMS.
Where ZILLION ELECTRIC chooses to outsource any processes that can affect the conformity of the product requirement, ZILLION ELECTRIC shall ensure that such processes are controlled.
As part of the measurement, analysis, and improvement process, ZILLION ELECTRIC monitors, measures and analyses the processes as appropriate and take necessary actions to achieve the planned results and plan for its continual improvement.
The effectiveness of IMS is checked through internal audit, management review, KPI’s, incidents and communications received from interested parties.
